AIT Recommended Lead-Free Process

Based on initial evaluation results, AIT would like to propose to our customers that we perform joint evaluations on the following:

• Pure Tin as lead-free lead finish.
• Ni/Pd with gold flash pre plated frames (upon inquiry).
